Every order is sent tracked and insured, so your coins are protected from our hands to yours.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. If you're overseas and would like to order, please email us first at Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au and we'll arrange a quote.

You choose your shipping option at checkout. All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking and insurance.
Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Lost or damaged parcels
Because every order is insured, you're covered in the rare event a parcel is lost or damaged in transit. If something doesn't arrive or turns up damaged, contact us at Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au and we'll make it right.
